Crack the Code — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter. This promotion ("Promotion") is operated by SVG IT Ltd ("Promoter", "SVG IT", "we", "us", "our").
2. Promotion Period. The Promotion runs until all available Prizes have been allocated ("Promotion Period"), after which no further entries will be accepted.
3. How to Enter. To enter, participants must visit unlock.svgit.co.uk during the Promotion Period, correctly identify and submit the required code ("Code"), and provide the requested business contact information. Entries containing an incorrect Code will not qualify for a Prize.
4. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to businesses operating within SVG IT's supported service regions. Entries from individuals acting in a personal capacity are not eligible. The individual submitting an entry warrants that they are authorised to act on behalf of the business.
5. One Entry and One Prize Per Business. Only one entry and one Prize may be awarded per business, organisation, or group of associated companies. SVG IT reserves the right to reject duplicate entries or multiple claims submitted by the same business or related entities.
6. Prize. The prize ("Prize") is one (1) complimentary IT Health Check as described on the Promotion website at the time of entry. The scope, format, content and value of the Prize are determined solely by SVG IT.
7. Prize Availability. A maximum of twenty (20) complimentary IT Health Checks are available under this Promotion. The first twenty (20) eligible businesses that correctly submit the Code and satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions will be awarded the Prize. Once all twenty (20) Prizes have been allocated, the Promotion will close and no further Prizes will be awarded.
8. First-Come, First-Served Basis. Prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time recorded by SVG IT's systems. In the event of any dispute regarding submission times, SVG IT's records shall be final.
9. Eligibility Assessment. Submission of the correct Code does not guarantee the award of a Prize. SVG IT reserves the right to determine eligibility for the complimentary IT Health Check. Eligibility may be assessed based on factors including, but not limited to: business type; business size; geographic location; existing customer status; service requirements; technical environment; availability of resources; and whether the assessment falls within SVG IT's areas of expertise. SVG IT's decision regarding eligibility is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Scope of the Complimentary IT Health Check. The complimentary IT Health Check consists of a high-level assessment of the organisation's current IT environment and is intended to provide general observations, recommendations and potential areas for improvement. The assessment does not constitute: a comprehensive IT audit; a penetration test; a compliance certification; a managed service agreement; a consultancy engagement; an implementation project; or a guarantee that all issues, risks, vulnerabilities or areas of non-compliance will be identified. Any additional investigation, consultancy, remediation, implementation or ongoing support may be subject to separate quotation and agreement.
11. Remote Delivery Only. The complimentary IT Health Check is conducted remotely using online communication and remote access technologies where appropriate. On-site visits, travel, physical inspections or face-to-face consultations are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
12. Scheduling and Availability. Complimentary IT Health Checks are subject to SVG IT's availability and must be scheduled and commenced within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
13. Verification. SVG IT reserves the right to verify entries and may request proof of identity, business ownership, business registration details or other information required to confirm eligibility before awarding a Prize.
14. Disqualification. SVG IT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: provides false, inaccurate or misleading information; attempts to manipulate or tamper with the Promotion; uses automated methods to submit entries; acts fraudulently or dishonestly; or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
15. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service. SVG IT reserves the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue a complimentary IT Health Check where: information supplied is inaccurate or misleading; participation would create a security, legal or regulatory concern; the requested assessment falls outside SVG IT's expertise; or the participant fails to cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to perform the assessment.
16. Non-Transferable Prize. The Prize has no cash value; cannot be exchanged for cash; cannot be transferred, assigned or sold; cannot be redeemed for alternative services, discounts or credits; and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly authorised by SVG IT in writing.
17. Prize Substitution. SVG IT reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative service of equivalent value where reasonably necessary.
18. Code Security. SVG IT reserves the right to invalidate any entry where it reasonably believes abuse, fraud, automated submission, technical manipulation or other activity has undermined the intended operation of the Promotion.
19. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is required to participate in this Promotion or to receive a complimentary IT Health Check.
20. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVG IT Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in the promotion or reliance upon any findings, recommendations or information provided as part of the complimentary IT Health Check. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Technical Issues. SVG IT is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical faults, website downtime, internet failures, software issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
22. Changes to the Promotion. SVG IT reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, restrict or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that materially affect the administration of the Promotion.
23. Data Protection. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
24. Intellectual Property. Any reports, recommendations, documentation or materials produced as part of the complimentary IT Health Check remain the intellectual property of SVG IT Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
25. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
26. Jurisdiction. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with the Promotion.
27. Acceptance of Terms. By entering the Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
